Delivery and Returns

Delivery Information. 

We will endeavour to delivery your goods within 48 hours of you placing your order. However this may not always be possible due to product demand. 

Delays will be confirmed by e-mail to you within 24 hours of receiving your order. (This may also vary, but we will work on a first come first served basis) 

Delivery times are usually Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) 9.00am - 5.00pm. 

Please note that a signature will be required at the time of delivery. 
(Excluding orders under the value of £50)

Returns and Refunds 

We're committed to selling high-quality products that you'll enjoy using but we also know that, for one reason or another, there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you've bought. 

Please make sure that you check your items carefully before they are used or installed. We also recommend that you keep your receipt or order number, which can be found on your order confirmation or on the delivery packaging, as you might need it as proof of purchase in the event of any after-sales queries. 

All products are supplied in line with the distance selling regulations.

If you are a consumer, please contact us for a (GRN) goods return number to register your return. Please ensure that the goods are; as new, in their original undamaged packaging, in a saleable condition, along with a copy of the receipt (purchase and/or invoice number).
 
If products are returned in a poor condition and not in a resalable condition we reserve the right to issue a partial credit. This will be agreed prior to a refund being issued. The returned package is at the cost and risk of the sender, please ensure that the package is insured and or recorded. BioAcoustics does NOT currently offer a collection service. 

If you are a trade reseller please contact us for a GRN number to record your return. Please be aware that good will only be accepted for replacement if their condition falls within the terms of the manufacturer warranty conditions. 


Refunds 

Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 10 working days of receiving your returned items.

Distance Selling Regulation 

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website for a full refund. This does not apply to items personalised or made to your specification such as modified or non-standards items that, by reason of their nature, cannot be returned; perishable goods (e.g. batteries).
To cancel, you can email us or write to us (E-mail: Sales@BioAcoustics.com) within seven working days* of delivery of your item(s), quoting your order number. You must take reasonable care of the item(s) and must not use them. Item(s) may be returned to BioAcoustics 1, Spring Place, Luton, beds LU1 5DF
